Yummy fresh fish and spinach from the garden

D and dad went out fishing and caught some beautiful SNAPPER and MACKEREL!  I’ve never tried mackerel before but I baked it up in the oven with some spinach and lemon on top.  It was delicious…we could only polish off half of it.  Very satisfying.
